Problems in EVA Foil LaminationThe temperture is too high
1.The EVA foil flowing is too big,the EVA foil at the edge is less,which is easy to occur bubbles
2.It is easy to show line shape or chiken paw prints
The temperature is too low
The adhesive in the EVA foil can not fully react with the glass,and it is easy to delamination.Because each furnace has different heating speeds,different space sizes,different glass,decorative materials,and EVA foil thickness,and different temperature measurement points,EVA film processing engineer should adjust the processing temperature as processing experience.The tempeature setting is better if the EVA foil flow a little after the EVA foil melts,but not too much(the thickness of overflowing glue is about 2mm would be the best)
Constant temperature time
Constant temperature time is short,The adhesive component in the film does not react sufficiently with the glass,the laminated glass is prone to degumming;The longer the holding time,the adhesion would be stronger;we should set the constant temperature time according to the characteristic of glass laminating machine.The single layer laminated furnace could keep short constant temperature time,but the double or multi-layers laminated furnace request longer constant temperature time.If the glass,decorative materials and EVA film is thick,we should extend the constant temperature time.
Properly increase the processing temperature
we should properly increase the processing temperature while the glass,decorative materials,EVA film,color EVA film is thick or multi-layers glass laminating machine processing.
Extend the heat preservation time
When the temperature reaches the processing requirements,if the glass,decorative materials,EVA film is thick,we should extend the preservation time accordingly.The purpose is to make the adhesive in the EVA film fully bond with the glass.
Affect the adhesive force of the EVA film and result in delamination and bubbles.
The temperature in the laminating furnace is uneven
The glass is not evenly heated,which affects the bonding force and causes delamination and haze.
