Lines shape or color uneven problem in Laminated Glass processing

Uneven color masterbatch for the EVA Film

Color masterbatch is not uniformly mixed.This phenomenon is mainly occured in black transparent and black opaque film.The color of processed glass is uneven or lines shape.

Color transparencies are also prone to rainbow-like lanes under light conditions.

Uneven of tempered glass
Because the tempered glass is uneven,the EVA Film flow to fulfill the uneven place,the color will be thickner where the EVA Film quantity is thick,and the color will be lighter in the place where the EVA Film quantity is thin,so the glass will be uneven in color.
