1. Test device

Special equipment for plastic electronic tensile test that meets GB/T 1040.1-2006 and GB/T 1040.3-2006 regulations,thickness gauge with a division value of 0.01mm.

2. Sample preparation

With the test surrounding condition by temperature 20℃±5℃,relative humidity is 30%-60%,the sample size of eva film is 300mmX300mm,The samples structure is glass+non-stick fabric+eva film+non-stick fabric+glass,curing and crosslinking according to the temperature and time provided by the eva film manufacturer and take out.At the same times,peel off the non-stick fabric on both sides of the sample,after cooling until the room temperature,cut the eva samples according to the shape and size specified in GB/T 1040.3-2006.Each group of samples not less than 5pcs.

3. Test procedure

The test procedure is carried out according to GB/T 1040.1-2006 and GB/T 1040.3-2006 regulations,and the testing should be carried out at a tensile movement speed of 100mm/min±10mm/min

4. Test result processing

The testing results are expressed as the average value of each group of samples.
